To use the Meeting Planner: After you select your participant locations the Meeting Planner converts your local time to these specific time zones simultaneously, taking into account the time differences and Daylight Saving in every region. The Meeting Planner shows you the working hours in any location, allowing you to quickly recognize overlapping times in which your conference call may take place. When you pick a time the Meeting Planner displays a clear list of the times in all participant time zones and allows you to easily send them to all.
